What is SoulCollage®?

SoulCollage® is a collage method that invites and guides the construction of a deck of personal cards, one card at a time. It is easy, fun and deeply satisfying. It can be used both individually and in groups (in families, schools, and in any group situation).

This personal deck can then be consulted if it were personalized Tarot. The deck stimulates intuition, imagination and creativity and becomes a faithful and surprising guide in self-exploration.

SoulCollage® is accessible to anyone who has a passion for images and colors and is interested in deepening self-knowledge. It has, at its heart, Jungian psychology and a connection to the transpersonal realm.

You don't need to have any artistic experience to do SoulCollage®

In the late 80s an American psychotherapist, Seena B. Frost, created SoulCollage®. Since then, SoulCollage®, which began in the United States has spread around the world. Although simple and inexpensive, it is intense and profound in its effects.

Mariabruna has been practicing and teaching SoulCollage® since 1996, when she met Seena, the founding mother of the method.

This method is used in the educational, artistic, holistic and therapeutic fields as well as for support in personal evolutionary paths. It supports all activities in which it is important to strengthen the sense of community,  personal well-being and confidence in one's expressive abilities. Creative applications of SoulCollage® have also reached hospitals, prisons, hospices, refugee camps and orphanages, helping both staff and clients find balance and hope. Its applications are numerous and also include the development of human resources at corporate level.

FIND YOUR  SOULCOLLAGE® INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP!

Practicing SoulCollage® does not only mean creating cards and voicing them. It also means being able to consult your deck to receive insights and suggestions on the aspects of your life that are most important to you. There is no aspect that cannot be explored with your cards! To learn the fundamentals of the method and be able to use it for yourself, you can participate in the introductory workshop - in person and online. THE INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP HAS CERTAIN CHARACTERISTICS

An introductory workshop normally deals with the following topics:

- The principles of SoulCollage®

- The 4 suits (Committee - Council - Community - Companions)

- Local Story and Larger Story

- Make cards and give them voice with the exercise "I am the one who...".

Key concepts:

1. The One and The Many; 2. "Both/And" 3. Each card has one unique energy; 4. The card speaks in the first person; 5. The Transpersonal cards: Source, Witness, SoulEssence; 6. Guided meditation to meet a Companions. 7. Consultation of the deck

PARTICIPATE IN SOULCOLLAGE® FACILITATOR TRAINING

SoulCollage® is a flexible, creative tool with many applications. If you like the idea of sharing the method to other people, or if you already work in the helping professions (teacher, therapist, art therapist, counsellor, coach ...)  participate in the next training to become a SoulCollage® Facilitator.
