I didn't think I was capable of making this decision, but I found that I had everything I needed to move forward, it has always been inside of me, but I didn't see it.

Mariabruna Sirabella is a multi-talented retreat and workshop facilitator, ritualistic guide, artist, psychotherapist, and author. She offers transformative experiences and guidance in various areas of personal growth and spiritual development. Her dream is to see the spiritually creative methods she shares integrated in school curricula and hopes to reach the soul of talented individuals in the tech world

Mariabruna is also a certified holistic bodyworker, an EMDR practitioner, and a retired licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. She specializes in spiritual development, life transitions, and trauma treatment; she is also a trained yoga teacher and an experienced practitioner of shamanic traditions.

As the lead trainer for SoulCollage®, Mariabruna shares the transformative power of this expressive art process with participants worldwide. SoulCollage® involves creating a personal deck of unique, soul-tending cards through collage. These cards represent different energies and dimensions of one's life story, offering a lifelong companionship and a powerful tool for self-expression and transformation. Mariabruna has dedicated years to upholding the legacy of Seena Frost, the creator of SoulCollage®, and to growing it internationally. She has trained hundreds of facilitators of this method all over the world.

Mariabruna’s true legacy is the School Of The Origins© (SOTO), an experiential environment and culture of learning based on the teachings of nature. SOTO offers workshops, retreats, rituals, and adventures that empower individuals to explore their inner landscapes and connect with the natural environment. Using expressive arts, movement, sounds, and shamanic Soul Journeys, SOTO helps individuals discover their personal gifts of transmission, align with their purpose, and establish a clearer connection with their essential nature. By integrating personal experience, creativity, visionary capacity, and scientific discoveries, SOTO aims to foster a sense of belonging, enhance the connection with the life force, clearer understanding of the oneness of creation, and promote personal growth and healing for a more sustainable future.

As the founder of BodYnvocations©, Mariabruna has created a unique kinesthetic method that motivates a felt connection with the inner and outer qualities of nature. These guided visualizations in movement, inspired by the Four Elements and universal cycles of being, offer a profound exploration of the human experience and encourage intimacy with oneself and nature. The BodYnvocations© can be integrated into existing practices or used as personal tools for self-exploration and sacred moments. With numerous healing applications, these practices rebalance emotions, anchor intentions, and engage the visual capacities of the brain and body in motion.

Mariabruna Sirabella is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with extensive experience in the field. She holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling Education (MFT) from California State University, Sacramento, which she completed in 1995. In addition, she earned a Doctorate di Laurea in Communication and Performing Arts with a focus on Theater Anthropology, specifically Healing Rituals and Trance Dances in Dravidian tribal areas of Southern Italy, from Bologna University in Italy in 1978.

Mariabruna has been actively involved in the field of therapy and education for over three decades. Since 2004, she has been working as a SoulCollage® Facilitator, providing guidance and support to individuals through this unique creative method. In 2007, she became a SoulCollage® Trainer, allowing her to train and mentor other professionals in becoming SoulCollage® Facilitators. She has been responsible for coordinating the SoulCollage® Training program and providing supervision for SoulCollage® Trainers since 2016.

Alongside her work with SoulCollage®, Mariabruna has been an Adjunct Faculty member at JFK University Graduate School of Holistic Studies in Campbell, California, since 2003. She has also served as a Supervisor for MFT Interns in private practice from 2003 to 2015. Furthermore, she was a Certified Continuing Education Provider for MFTs/LCSWs in California for several years.

Mariabruna's professional journey includes various additional trainings and certifications. She completed post-license training at the Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis in San Francisco in 2000-2001 and attended many courses and trainings at the Jung Institute in San Francisco. Throughout her career, she has pursued continuing education in a wide range of areas, including Primordial Unconscious Integrated System Clinical Training, HeartMath Institute's stress management program, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming), sand tray and play therapy, and sexual abuse and trauma treatment with leaders in the field.

Mariabruna is also an accomplished presenter and workshop facilitator. She has conducted numerous SoulCollage® Facilitator Trainings, conferences, and workshops in different parts of the world, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Italy, Switzerland, France, Taiwan, and Israel. Her presentations and workshops cover a diverse range of topics, such as the therapeutic elements of SoulCollage®, the integration of light and shadow, the exploration of silence, and the healing potential of the Four Elements.

In addition to her professional activities, Mariabruna has published several works related to her areas of expertise. These publications include articles on SoulCollage®, analysis of theatrical and ritual aspects of trance rituals in tribal areas in India and in few reservations of the United States, and the theoretical basis of the SoulCollage® method.
